  • "Irish Cares" Service Camp

    Dates: Monday, August 3 – Friday, August 7
    Time:  9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
    Fee:$265, add $45 for lunch
    Students:  Grades 5-9
    Open to the Public: Yes
    At the camp, students grade 5 -9 will work with Notre Dame service leaders to help plan micro projects each day that serve different communities in the area. The students will work on five different service projects that touch the lives of unique communities in need. Each student will also have the opportunity to fulfill their Parish specific service requirement. Students who attend will earn 30 hours of service while experiencing what a service learning program can be. The Notre Dame service camp is great for 7th and 8th grade students working toward their confirmation service hours.
  • Summer Art Camp

    Dates: Monday, July 13-Friday, July 17
    Time: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
    Fee: $180
    Students: Grades 3-9 
    Pre-Requisites:  None
    Open to the Public: Yes 
    With imagination, materials and guidance each camper’s art can come alive at the Notre Dame Summer art camp!
    Campers will explore a number of mediums using a variety of materials (all provided). Throughout the course, students will create their own unique pieces of 3D art such as ceramic pieces, basketry, jewelry making, tie-dye techniques and more!
    Fun and free expression will be the focal point of camp.  Artists of all abilities are welcome, from the beginner to the advanced art student.
  • Summer Reading in the Classroom

    Dates: Monday, July 20 - Friday, July 24
    Time: 7:45 - 11:45 a.m.
    Fee: $265
    Students: Grades 9-12
    Pre-Requisites:  None

    Course Description: Freshmen, sophomores, juniors and seniors will have the opportunity to work on their summer English reading assignments in this program.  Teacher guided instruction will provide students help with their summer reading for English along with the accompanying summer packet assignments. Students are required to provide the required text and this information can be found on the Notre Dame website.
  • TV Production Summer Camp

    Dates: Monday, July 13 - Friday, July 17
    Time: 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
    Fee:  $265, add lunch for $45
    Students: Grade 7 - 12
    Pre-Requisites:  None
    Open to the Public: Yes

    Student Advantage:
     Create and shoot your own material, scripts, shows and more at our TV production summer camp! Notre Dame runs its own television studio and production facility. Students have the opportunity to experience all phases of television and video production.

    Course Description:
     Students will work within the school’s TV studio. They will learn the basics of the three-camera shoot, working on both sides of the camera. They will discover how critical lighting and sound are to a quality production. They will mix sound, create innovative transitions, and use the editing console to learn nonlinear editing.

Performing Arts Camps

  • Instrumental Session

    Dates: Monday, August 31 - Thursday, September 3
    Time: 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.
    Fee: $160
    Open to the public: Yes

    Attention brass, woodwind, percussion and keyboard players! The camp will be concentrating on individual technique, tone, pitch, and blending within the section. Band music for the Florida trip will be introduced to get a jump on the school year.
  • Performing Arts Summer Session

    Week1: Monday, July 6 - Friday, July 10
    Week 2: Monday, July 13 - Friday, July 17
    Week 3: Monday, July 20 - Thursday, July 23
    Fee: $140 for 1 week or $390 for all three weeks 
    Open to the Public: Yes

    Each student will receive an hour of voice training, dance and acting daily from 9 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. We will be working on the scenes, music and dances from next year’s musical.  Tarzan, The Wizard of Oz, and Mary Poppins are at the top of the list!
